Joinery only fit out of eight floors at 155 St Vincent St, Glasgow to form offices throughout using Komfort single glazed Polar partition systems including glass doors.

Refurbishment and fit out of 12,000sqft within the Liver Building one of the most prestigious buildings in the UK. This involved the strip out of all ceilings, partitions and raised access floors to form an empty shell. This was then fitted out using new raised access floors, glazed partitions, new ceilings, kitchens, lighting and full AC throughout including full decoration and new carpets throughout.

The purpose of this project was the fit out of an existing empty retail unit into a Nike Factory Store this included various alterations to the existing layout, including wall linings, new stud partitions, lighting, flooring, decoration, fitting rooms, back of house rooms, signage, shop fittings, etc.
In addition to the above, the installation of new ventilation, air-conditioning and electrical installations including new lighting throughout.

Refurbishment of existing showroom to provide modern car showroom including new ceilings, lighting and floor tiling throughout. External decoration, etc. Contract was undertaken and completed on time and to a high quality to the delight of Arnold Clark.

Joinery only new build to provide a new Hockey Pavilion including showers, toilets and changing rooms for Edinburgh Academy.
Programme: 12 weeks
The works involved the installation of Komfort Polar 100 double glazed and solid partitions to form new meeting rooms, boardroom, tea-preps, comms room, etc. New feature ceilings, sliding/folding partitions and bespoke furniture were installed to a high standard and quality.
New electrical works included underfloor busbar system and floor-boxes to meet furniture layout requirements. This also included the installation of feature and general lighting throughout the floor space.
All areas were re-decorated and new carpets and vinyl installed.
This contract was completed on-time and to the complete satisfaction of the Client.
Refurbishment of existing showroom to provide modern car showroom including new ceilings, lighting and floor tiling throughout. The showroom remained in operation throughout the project which was undertaken in two phases.
Programme: 7 weeks
The works involved the strip out of the existing ceilings, wall linings, windows, floors, heating and lighting throughout the vestry and chancel areas. The asbestos was also removed from the plantroom.
New insulated wall linings and mf ceilings, double-glazed windows, new heating system with radiators throughout were re-installed. The lighting design was undertaken directly by the Church of Scotland and installation completed during the refurbishment works.
Full decoration and carpets were installed throughout.
This contract was completed early to enable the church full access to use the vestry.
